CNN Specials – Virtual Villages

This Flash-based (why?) website has 4 examples of IT use in the developing world. It’s a bit blue-eyed, a mass-media fashion, and has no info on the price or cost/benefit of these projects. It’s nice and shiny though, and examples of positive projects, however anecdotal are always useful.
