Following last years announcement that CMG<\/a>, TDC<\/a> and Microsoft<\/a> would deliver SMS-based access to Microsofts Hotmail service (via the MIGway<\/a> SMS aggregator service), is an announcement that MSN<\/a> Instant Messenger will be integrated with SMS services from 8 European operators.<\/p>\n The service allows users to set up a mobile profile, which forwards instant messaages to mobile phones using the SMS format, which means the system is technically possible on all existing mobile phones in the European market.<\/p>\n
