The European commission has decided to allow MM02 and Deutsche Telecom to share their 3G infrastructure investments in Germany. Similar decisions are expected for other key markets in Europe within a few months. <\/p>\n
This is a significant development, as it will drastically lower the cash-demands on already cash-strapped operators, and allow them to get to a point where they may be able to get a ROI on their licenses.<\/p>\n
