The riptari filter asks: Where are the ICT Web Logs?<\/a><\/p>\n I feel obliged to answer. The Rwanda<\/a> section has the diary of David Smith, who was recently there for 6 weeks working on a programming gig, I think.<\/p>\n Also the Ghana section is interesting, because it hides within its jaws 5 distinct sites, from 5 groups of geeks that were in Ghana since mid-2000. Oh, and of course, pretty soon, I’m sure Group 6 will start their journals.<\/p>\n And this list wouldn’t be complete without my personal blogs from Armenia<\/a> and Ghana<\/a> (although the ghana entries are identical to what I wrote at geekhalla<\/a> above.<\/p>\n
