i thought i’d best give a yell…. it’s been a while afterall \ud83d\ude42
\nstill hectic at work, with slight corporate headaches due to slumping tocks and bad q3 results.
\nhowever there’s a lot going on around me, like the guys at geekcorp<\/a> that called me and asked if i’m up for a 3 months stay in ghana starting february next year. it’ a volunteer positioin helping a local company understand and implement mobile internet solutions. it’s also omething i’ve dreamed of doing ever since i got back from south america 3 years ago, so saying no is really not an option.<\/p>\n

let’s see if i end up getting the job. <\/p>\n

i was called up by a headhunter 2 days ago, he seemed interested in talkinto me regarding a job with a venture firm. wow! is all i can say, sometimes thing move a little faster than reality bites, i mean, here i am, still a 26 year old, albeit with a bit of talent in covering the black hole between technology and business, but still, just a kid with a fascination for internet technologies. sometimes i wonder if thi i just another bubble that’s been blown around me, and when it bursts i’ll smack my face so hard into reality that i won’t know what hit me.<\/p>\n

other days i don’t really care, except for the chance it gives me to take a ride in the fast lane, relax, experience, and make good money in the meantime.<\/p>\n

opportunities? this fall seems to be the months of opportunitie. all these things i can do, all these great options, and really nothing but gut feeling to help me distinguish. what to do? where to go? luxury problem? yes indeed. reality problem? i guess the stress is real enough.<\/p>\n

it’ time to sit back, and enjoy the ride. it’s time to remind myself how lucky i am, and that no matter how it all ends, i’ll have had fun doing it.<\/p>\n

but most importantly i have to keep living right here, right now. think about the future in thi business, in thi time and age, and crash, you’re hit by the existential wall of destiny.<\/p>\n

on a lighter note, tomorrow i’m off to germany to viit signe for the weekend…. yes, yes, yes. that’s the thing to do \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
