{"id":362,"date":"2003-06-23T15:02:43","date_gmt":"2003-06-23T13:02:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.multiplicity.dk\/?p=362"},"modified":"2003-06-23T15:02:43","modified_gmt":"2003-06-23T13:02:43","slug":"lunch-with-cory-pictures-from-copenhagen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/krag.be\/index.php\/2003\/06\/23\/lunch-with-cory-pictures-from-copenhagen\/","title":{"rendered":"Lunch with Cory- Pictures from Copenhagen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Julian and I had lunch with Cory Doctorow of <a href=\"http:\/\/boingboing.net\">BoingBoing<\/a><br \/>\n and <a href=\"http:\/\/eff.org\">EFF<\/a> and author the SciFi novel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.craphound.com\/down\/\">Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s a nice guy and very knowledgable, especially on issues of intellectual property right, DRM and copyright law.  We had a great chat over a cup of <em>Iced Latte Breve<\/em>, or that was the Starbucksian term Cory used to describe the coffee he drinks. Double Espresso, loads of ice cubes, and more double cream, than i&#8217;d care to drink in a month. <\/p>\n<p>With Reboot on Friday, and a great hour or so with Cory on Saturday it has been an inspiring weekend.
