20010127 Already this exceeds any expectations that I didn’t have!<\/p>\n
For 10 days in North Adams, we’ve been told not to expect to much, to lower our expectations, and never forget that what we find perfectly normal back home, may be entirely different out here. <\/p>\n
One night and one day into Accra, and I can’t remeber when was the last time I felt this excited, psyched, and motivated about a challenge.<\/p>\n
So far everyone has been really nice, the food is excellent, both the Fufu, the omo tuo, the Red-Red and whatever else we had, and the beer is great. I’m quite sure I’m going to love it here….<\/p>\n
This, is also a message to let everyone know I’m doing fine…., the flight was long, but decent, the weather is extremely jhot and humid, but less so than I’d expected, and in general I’m feeling good about this.<\/p>\n
